Connie Wolf, MA, LCPC-S, Founder/Owner
With over 14 years of experience counseling individuals in their time of need, I’ve learned a lot about what is helpful and what can make the difference in the life of someone through counseling. If you need someone to talk with regarding the changes in your life or problems that are difficult to cope with, contact the office or send a message to start counseling.
The most central ideas in my work are 1. People are doing the best that they can…but people can change their own response and alter their environment to bring about change in their life. 2. With support, clients can develop skills necessary to address their concerns and solve their problems. 3.Change is constant and it is important to work within what is in your control.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counseling and I’m licensed by the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists as an LCPC and certified as a Licensed Clinical Supervisor. I am also a Certified Grief Specialist.

I practice with individuals, couples, and groups, providing faith and non-faith based care.
I believe those seeking counseling services have the insight and the strength to realize there are times in life when issues, circumstances, or situations are better tackled in collaboration. As the client, you hold the key to the change you desire and as the counselor, I have the privilege to witness to your journey, support you, help navigate life's challenges, and watch your transformation. My goal is to work with you to achieve your own goals, while finding the best ways to cope, manage, and find peace among the challenges.
You have taken the first step when you began searching for counseling. I invite you to reach out and make an appointment today. Life's circumstances can sometimes be overwhelming and isolating, but know I will bear witness to your journey and walk along side you. You will be seen as your whole person: mind, body, and soul. I look forward to working together.

I have experience working with children, teens, adults and the elderly. We have worked through trauma, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues and life transitions.
My approach is to empower you through self and emotional understanding. We accomplish this by engaging in a collaborative relationship where we work from the “inside out and outside in.” During our time together I will bring compassion to meet you where you are before we take you where you need to go. I embrace an eclectic and collaborative approach to therapy, where working with clients and their families to develop the necessary skills and strategies to overcome life's challenges is the primary goal! In therapy, I strive to create an environment where clients not only feel heard and supported, but also they are encouraged to take an active role in the therapeutic process.
I hold a doctoral degree in Counselor Education from the George Washington University and a master’s degree in counseling from Drake University. In addition to working with adults, I have experience working with children, adolescents and young adults in school setting and in a University Counseling Center setting. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, ethnicities, cultural background, to formulate, embrace and ultimately reach their treatment goals.
Kyle Kellermeyer, MS, LGPC
My ideal client would be an individual who is ready to work and is willing to put in effort to better themselves. I enjoy working with anxiety, depression, and adjustment issues. Goals that I enjoy client’s setting is to acquire coping skills, better their interpersonal relationships, and to gain further insight into themselves.
As all therapists, I provide a fantastic listening ear. I provide a safe environment where an individual can feel free to express themselves, thoughts, and emotions that they would not typically be willing to discuss. I put a strong emphasis of the client therapist interaction, as well as what is happening within the room or within session.
I radiate positivity, and I love spreading that to each of my client’s! Therapy can be tough, but each and every challenge in life is an opportunity for growth.
Linnea Braaten, MA, LCPC
Life can be relentless and present challenges that feel overwhelming. It takes strength to ask for help and courage to become vulnerable with someone new. I recognize this and will work at your pace to form a trusting relationship with you where you can feel safe, validated, and respected. I have experience working with teens and adults who find themselves worrying about the future or things they cannot control. I have worked with people who are processing past hurtful and stressful life events so they can find a sense of strength and security in the present. I enjoy helping people see their worth so their self-talk transforms.
I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while learning skills to better navigate their daily life. I also incorporate mindfulness exercises to build a stronger mind-body connection and stay grounded in the present moment.
